Rebekah McKinney provides legal services for family law issues in the North Alabama area, including Madison, Morgan, Limestone, Lauderdale, Colbert, Marshall, and Cullman Counties. She handles divorce, custody, alimony, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, visitation, and paternity matters.

McKinney and her law partners recognize that there are few situations in life as stressful and anxiety-producing as those issues arising from divorce and custody matters and we strive to find ways to quickly and effectively resolve family law issues for our clients.

McKinney has fifteen years of legal experience, during which time she has litigated many actions from the initial phase of litigation through trial. She is the President of The Alabama Association for Justice and has been actively involved in legal and community organizations, foundations, and boards through her career.

We do not offer free initial consultations on family law matters, but charge a set consultation fee of $250.00. Any time thereafter will be billed at McKinney’s hourly rate.
